From Mesa to Mountains

This piece was inspired by the connection of the Taos Mesa that butts up against the Mountains. Using the topographic maps of the area I used these a section of these lines and drew a blueprint that I built up from with clay. The result is a piece inspired by the changing landscape that plays with balance and movement.
